Lash Lifts require very little maintenance. The results last anything from 6-8 weeks depending on your lash cycle. The results are instant and really opens the eye area.

The treatment takes around 1hour/1hour 15minutes. Your appointment begins with a consultation, then a thorough cleansing of the eye area and lashes.

Your lower lashes are then taped down to ensure they do not get lifted as well, a silicone pad is then applied to your eyelid where your upper lashes will be placed ready for the lifting process.

Once your upper lashes are secure on the silicone the lifting balm is then applied to the upper lashes, product is removed and a volume fixer is applied. Once removed a tint will then be applied, the final step is to apply a moisturising serum. The lashes are then removed from the silicone pads.

Are eyelash lifts safe?

Anytime you're using chemicals near the eye area, there is a risk of allergic reaction however at Aphrodite patch tests are required before any eye treatments are performed. Before receiving an Eyelash Lift at any salon make sure your technician specialises in treatments around the eyes (like lash extensions, tinting, or brow shaping) and holds a certificate to perform the treatment.
This being said the Lash Lift is safe as long as it is performed by a qualified technician.

Up keep of an Eyelash Lift 

There’s very little upkeep to an Eyelash Lift. The only thing you need to avoid is getting your lashes wet for at least 24 hours after treatment while the lift is still processing. After a day it’s back to your normal routine and you can start wearing mascara again.
